| [Akihabaranews.com News] Two new Cinemastar Hard Drive for DVR from Hitachi  Hitachi introduced two new 3.5-Inch Cinemastar HDD optimized for use in digital video recorders. Our new HDD is available in 1TB version (7K1000.B) and 320GB version (5K320). So why Hitachi says that is developed for DVRs? It said that this 7,200rpm HDD (1TB version) can store up to 247hours of HD video and can support more than 10 simultaneous data streams. The manufacturer also says it’s very quiet Hard Disc and can run for 24x7 continuous operation. No word on the price, ... Reader Comments More... |
