very nice Dinos but isn't using those Corsair 1800C7DFs against some kind of rules what voltage on the memory?BTW, i am assuming yours are the 1800C7DFIN G based on the SPD...yes? no? i am going to have to make friends with someone at Corsair just to keep up with you. they just seem to be heads and tails better than the rest right now. i will try 572*7 next time i get the phase on the CPU...my E6850 only runs 550FSB on air. the Ballistix should be able to do 915 7-6-5 but not sure if i can get the subs that tight at that frequency. again, killer times your putting up with that board...gotta love the high FSB power |

thanks for reviving these old threads.. will contribute as well. You might want to read up on 32m pi tweaks http://i4memory.com/f92/super-pi-32m...s-thread-3948/ biggest gain will be largesystemcache being enabled - shave 20-50 seconds of your 32M times ![]() my time without copy waza tweak |

| By eva2000 No worries, yeah it helps have very high FSB and very high DDR2 bandwidth in combo no doubt. But I really don't want to run high volts through mobo components to get this.
I have ATI drivers in my system and only interested in running with at least 2Gb ram all the time. I'm also running on x86 Vista SP1. A lot of the tweaks in that thread you referred to have XP as the host. But this kind of benching is fun no doubt especially for people who don't have expensive cooling systems for CPU and RAM. |

Nice, this thread still alive. This is the kinf of bench i like. Here is mine, no CW (because i don't know what it does and i don't like things that i don't understand well). But registry modification, os light (but not so much) and a lot of tweaking bios : ![]() Quad channel helps a lot, but can't reach the same high frequency. Withdual channel, i bench @ 500 strap 266 PL6 RAM 1GHz 7-6-5-15. |
