have to get it by the metre, cant wait to see the GPU action there T_M.
just make sure ya cut the tube square so that the cpu mate surface is flat.
Save ya self a lot of lapping to get it to sit flat on a sheet of glass.

I have a 12" Ryobi version of this at home.
Makes cutting things a little easier
Then for cutting wood I have one of these:
And for big bits of wood:
And prolly 400 other tools and things

That is all i wanted to use. I could just use some of that flat copper bar you gave me though now I think about it
Have you seen a decent pic with the mounting hole dimensions on it? If not I will just wait and copy what comes with the waterblock I guess. My x1900xtx uses 4 mounting holes instead of the 2 your x850 uses. Shouldn't be too hard to make a universal mouning bracket though.

Universal would be the way to go.
