Guess Kayl tuned it very well for high heat loads cpuz validated but not pi stable yet
Straight boot from bios into windows @11x320HTT = 3520Mhz at 1.65v (bios read -10C)

Guess need to play with this more can't seem to get things stable above 3250Mhz could be mem related or cold bug related ??
Managed to pull off
Guess i have to start off low and find my way higher one step at a time. Maybe it ain't cold enough above 3250Mhz ?
Opteron 148 on water did 3105Mhz 32M and 3050Mhz at 1.65v stressprime with +59C load temps here.
Versus 3200Mhz at same 1.65v with +6C to +8C load temps
So at load system display = -35.7C and idle = -41.0C, MBM5 reported -18C idle and +6C to +9C load
Did an umount of the evap, found a few droplets of water under the socket's metal retention lever! How ya meant to protect under there ??

Did you get some of that very thin foam that has a sticky back.
The same stuff you stuck down around the Cpu on top of the thick foam
I just pulled My DFI SLI expert out of the box to check if the thin foam will fit under the lever and it will
Just put a very thin strip of that under the retention lever and you should be ok. Has to be very thin as not much room under the AMD DFI Retention lever
Hope this is of some help eva
Got mine running at the moment, had a little bit of moisture on the intel socket retention clip too, Fixed it with thin sticky back foam
Currently 275Mhz X15 (4125)
Running dual SP2004

By Swinghammeri haven't used any of the sticky back foam/seal string yet.. the stuff around the cpu socket is just cut out foam from the larger piece covering the red LET area heh > http://i4memory.com/phasechange/kayl...strun_002.html

I used the sticky stuff right around the cpu on top of the thick base sheet of foam., It,s like another layer on top of the base sheet , Just means there is more of a air tight seal close to the CPU,
Kayl showed me how to do it last friday
Here is the stuff i mean And I borrowed one of your images to explain with pictures. Hope no copyright
Put a little thin strip under the lever and then put the 4 pieces on top of your base foam like in the picture.
I did this on my intel Board

Eva2000 i think ya might be using just a tad too much heat paste.
with that last mount if you wipe the copper block clean and remount the way it is, it should get slightly better results.
Also with the AMD socket that 10mm insulation is perfect for amd socket no need for the sticky back foam around the socket. ( you and swinghammer got the last pieces, cant get it anymore)
With swinghammers system on the 775 socket we used the 6mm foam and sticky back foam. for the amd socket if using naked cpu (no IHS) just need 6mm insulation. if using a normal cpu can use 6mm foam then the 3mm sticky back foam as well.
if you add sticky back foam to your mobo the way it is (with 10mm ) it will interferer with the mount, ie there will be too much insulation to compress and the die heatsink contact wont be as good as it could be.
Benches are coming along nicly eva2000, evap temp is look really good.
