According to review, fans have external manual speed setters and at low barely audible
Even at high speed, has a low frequency rumble like a big desk fan - not an annoying high pitched whine like a delta

Highly unlikely, as the ones I have seen for sale are low RPM (500-1000RPM) but high flowing (75-120CFM) dependant on brand.

Perfect for cubes as they have more than enough space on all their side panels

hmmm have to find those and do some more modding
