asymptote ???

I've only been finding max benchable clocks nothing for 24/7 as from what i've seen HD4870x2 doesn't really need to be oc'd beyond 750/900 for 24/7

I have 2x 120x25mm spire 75cfm fans over my HD4870x2 to help it out on the backside of the card and near the back end of the card

Swapped in QX9650 L739A640 quad core and did a first stock cpu run with HIS HD4870x2 @850/950 in 3dmark vantage and already 274pts shy of my max E8600 @4.8Ghz score and haven't even touched the QX9650 clocks yet

Sorry, the top of the bell curve to little and your still heading up, to much and your heading down but the top point (asymptote) is the sweet spot. Did you have a try of the drivers I posted, during the install I went advanced and left CCC and the free WoW crap out, just getting the DD.

I have the open case with a house fan to cool my whole system during my bench runs, get some nice CFM moving:

Added 2nd HD4870x2 and moved cards to my other rig, DFI DK X48-T2RBS Plus with OP1200 psu. First quick runs before I go to bed 4870x2 CF stock 750/900 i think as GPUZ shows all GPU at 507/500 heh





Any tips for HD4870x2 CF are welcomed
