Yep, no kidding - its happening.

Also, found this very interesting review at bit-tech.net. another improvement has been found in power consumption and cooling efficiency but only slight with the power despite still on 90nm process. Nevertheless, it looks very well like the Thermalright HR-03 I have will fit over the stock cooler if it does'nt perform. 700Mhz core clocks??

Hmmm, intersting proposition. But what about the space for the Raid & XFi card?
I can see the E6600, even O/C moderately bottlenecking more - Lucky I have a E6700 coming.

Quickest time to get the 8800GTX Utlra is mid may, maybe a week late even.

My supplier tells me there is 3 different versions of 8800GTX Ultra, depending on clock speeds. Of course, I ordered the fastest.
