The Warehouse/Bargain Shops will most probably sell a cheap version.
Yeah, but not as accurate, and unfortunately with these types of things you need to get pretty accurate measurements to avoid leaks/air gaps etc


If they don't set you back much, use a ruler and buy a variety of sizes & thicknesses around your initial measurement

Not at all, if you know how to use a normal ruler you can do the same, just with a sliding ruler (aka the caliper)

It seems what best suits you though is to call Swiftech and ask for a replacement one and just double up or stroll down to one of the places mentioned before (especially the industrial hose fitting specialists) with the O-ring and let them do the measuring (takes 5 secs).
