I bought one anyways - will overclock the **** out of it tonight and maybe I'll get a good performer ...otherwise for sale it must I want 3.4GHz on near stock vcore

Pete , your a nutter - how is your B3 going ? The one kaosx sold on forum didnt seem too bad , if a G0 is much better than that then woohoo.

It's NOT a good clocker from my first attempts 2.8GHz on stock vcore, 3.2GHz with 1.3875vcore and the temps under load are topping out at 62 degrees celcius. The RAM is running a 4:5 at a casual 500MHz 4-4-4-12 2.2vdimm and I have overvolted the MCH by +0.2v and I think I need a fan placed on the heatsink sometime soon. I can pump more vcore but then it loads way too hot for 24/7 settings. It's a B3 revision Q6600. This Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R is pretty sweet though. Shame about the positioning of the SATA connectors as they interfere with the HR-03 Plus HSF
