Haha, thanks. I was able to score 2nd place in SuperPi32M, 3rd for SuperPi1M and in the top 10 for CPU-Z. I will see what else I can do today, hopefully I can bring the memory timings down a little and increase the northbridge frequency to improve the 32m run. I heard eva2000 was going to lend me his Corsair Dominators ??? or was it that yellowbeard was going to send me a set ??? |

I am mainly getting BSOD, I have tried different tweaks with memory and voltages. The SuperPi 1M run was the highest I could get... I sent Kayl a PM about adding another compressor to the loop. I don't know if there is any kind of formula to follow to calculate what temps I could expect?? I would LOVE to get around the -100 mark, lower would be better... I might look at buying the 2000C7 Dominator GTs next, then maybe a W3540 |

Hi racebreed nice work to get colder you need a cascade which is alot more work than a SS cascades take about 3 months to build and arnt cheap. if i were u id use the SS for fine tuning then go to liquid nitrogen, kayl sells liquid nitrogen tubes and everything i have some dewars left, to watch kayls liquid nitrogen pots check out www.pimpedpc.com.au under frozen systems.

I was considering that myself. I called BOC and they wanted over $900 for a 10lt dewar. Then the lady tried selling me safety gear, cloats, eye protection.... I just told her that I would look away while pouring haha I am not too sure how quickly the liquid nitrogen burns off though. I wrote down the figure she gave me per litre but I have misplaced it. I noticed that some dude on the extreme forums purchased 70lts of the damn stuff!! |
