Corsair Dominator GT - DDR3-2000Mhz 7-8-7-20 1.65v Triple Channel!
Today I'm as happy as pig in mud! UPS courier dropped of a nice set of 6GB Corsair TR3X6G2000C7GTF Dominator GT triple channel DDR3 memory rated at DDR3-2000Mhz 7-8-7-20 1.65v. They're literally hot out of the oven so to speak - week 05, 2009 from label which is last week!
These Corsair Dominator GTs, are based on the new Elpida 50nmm DDR3 ICs making CAS7 a reality at DDR3-2000Mhz at only 1.65v!
Corsair sent me a typical sealed white box packaged housing blister packed individual 2GB Dominator GT modules, along with new Corsair Airflow memory cooler and a Corsair Flash Voyager Mini USB flash drive. No idea if the retail packages will contain the Voyager Mini drive.

Well be testing the Corsair Dominator GTs with i7 920 and my rock solid DFI UT X58-T3EH8 motherboard so keep an eye out for the results

Best I can do for now with new found ADDR/CMD Bus VREF tweaking (set at 105) @DDR3-2209Mhz 7-8-7-20 2T at 1.92v vdimm bios set (1.925v real DMM).
@DDR3-2209Mhz 7-8-7-20 2T at 1.92v vdimm bios set (1.925v real DMM)

Validation is at DDR3-2209Mhz just cpuz clock momentarily jumped to DDR3-2212Mhz

@DDR3-2286Mhz 7-8-7-20 1T at 1.875v vdimm bios set (~1.880v real DMM)
Still not close to my best I did when i first got my GT set with DFI UT X58-T3EH8 with 1/23 beta bios.
Validation

Corsair has a new companion to Dominator GT and other DHX heat spreader modules - Corsair Water Cooled DHX TEC memory cooler. The TEC controller PCB also has humidity/temperature management to minimise condensation

Basically the Corsair DHX TEC has an internal temp/humidity sensor on the controller PCB and a remote sensor on the TEC Thermo Plate and a micro controller adjusts the amount of voltage fed to the TEC to adjust and maintain temps above dew point as per this table here. The controlling mechanism can be disabled for extreme folks who don't mind condensation
More details when I post a proper thread in cooling forum later on
