Hey it's me from Xtremesystems, I wanted to see more
Damn eva those are some nice ram, you have to get them onto a nice board that will let them hit what they're capable of
If you have access to a P5Q-Deluxe or M2F give them a try in it. I have no issues at DDR1333 on my P5Q-D it's great for ram overclocking.
I have yet to get the time to try a 32M. I will do so soon. Everest results are low, I was using a low FSB to test the ram, and the tRFC is loose, this was just my first trial run.
This was at 2.22v (bios) / 2.29v (real) with my Team 8500's:
