I've measured my X38 P5E always overvolting at +0.05v. There was a thing about this in the P5E thread on XE a while back, seemed other that measured also had the same amount of overvolt.
I did that same pencil mod ages ago, but I think it must have come off, coz I have massive droop again. When I flashed to the Rampage bios, no droop tho.
