I have used with success 2x512MB:
Geil Value DDR 3200- 226 Mhz 2.5-3-3-8 2.7 vDimm
Corsair XMS 3200C2 CH-5- 210 Mhz 2-3-3-8
Geil 4000 Ultra Platinum- 250 Mhz 2.5-4-4-7 2.7 vDimm
OCZ 3700EB- 233 Mhz 3-3-2-8 2.7 vDimm

Mine is the S939 board.
