I had a set of Dominator GT 1866CL7. It was able 2000CL7 with 1.65V. Is your set with the new version of Elpida Hypers(CMG)?
As for me...my 1866 kit degraded
, so I bought a kit of 2000CL7
From my first tests it seems to be a very good kit
My cpu's IMC sucks so I can't hit high frequencies
...or to be honest I can only if I feed the cpu with more than 1.6V VTT.
Hope to receive my F1EE soon, so I can to put cpu under cold
I have also planned to make a TEC for the memories
