Weird stuff going on with your board... i'd be sure to play with CPU VTT which IIRC is termed QPI/DRAM on Asus X58 ? and make sure it's optimally set in terms of difference to vdimm voltage.
Maybe you board has a bad battery ? Hopefully you get a good replacement, or grab the P6T Deluxe V2 ?
