I think the rams are beat... (eVGA seems to bin the ram better than BFG... but BFG was the only available preorder I could get)
I get interesting behaviour with mem; on 181.20 unstable mem clocks corrupt drivers (as Karm knows from my in-bench google chat whining). Perhaps 185 fixes this, but I certainly haven't been seeing th 1250mhz many with evga cards have.
