I'm surprised how easy it was to achieve a new personal best dual channel DDR3 max frequency of DDR3-2200Mhz at just 1.965v bios set

Seems with 16x memory multiplier, both Memset 4.0 Beta2 and CPU Tweaker tool can't report the right memory clock frequency. Had no problems with 14x memory multiplier.
Vcore = 1.05v
DRAM Voltage = 1.965v
CPU VTT = 1.48v + 0.075v
