The question I always ask (regardless of brand), is do manufacturers even really test their boards properly before release these days ?
its scary to think how little testing they must do as they try to hit the market first
and then the poor first gen customers have to deal with all the **** ups lol
i gotta say though having tested the X58-UD5 that they've certainly done a better job than X38/X48/P45 on release...it just seems more stable and things dont seem to be much worse or on par with Asus
asus usually comes out hot off the blocks with everyone trying to somehow chase them down when it comes to everything pretty much
